Spectator bug atleast for me..

So the last two or three patches i haven't been able to watch a full game when spectating a friend. I am able to watch the first five minutes but then it says client cant download spectator data. I try to load it again still doesn't work. So I'm not sure if this is a bug or if its just me...

Please help i would like to watch my friend's full games!!!
