Champ select freeze

since last patch? it seems champ select is freezing for me randomly, i now have a 13 minute wait and lost a promo, pretty lame

figured id make a bug report while i wait to que up again.... trying not to be salty but you have had this message up for almost a week now:

"Network Operations – Last Thursday at 4:56 PM We’re aware that some players are receiving connection errors when loading into a game. If you get disconnected during loading screen and see a prompt to reconnect, please click the CANCEL button out of the error pop up and use the RECONNECT button on the client screen to quickly get back into the game."

added a pole to see if people have the same problem as me as i dont think i have the problem in your message about "connection errors when loading into a game"
