Shop bug

In the shop under skins I can't select "champion owned" and "not owned". I want to look at a list of skins of champions i have but skins i dont own yet. I think this is a bug, it is at most really annoying and isnt a major problem but the old shop format was better but this one is buggy. plz help rito.
