The Champions no longer say their "Upon Selection" quote in the new Draft Pick

When the new draft pick was released it was a nice touch to hear the champions quote upon selection of both your team and the enemy team. I'm not sure if this change was intentional or not but as of a patch ago that was removed to only hear your champion. It makes the experience feel more isolated hearing only your champion. I'm just curious as to if this change was intentional and if not it can be reverted.
