Didnt gain any Ip and rankpoints when I won a game.

I dont know how to put a link here. But I do have pic 4it. just bout 1.5 hrs ago. I finished a game without IP and points. and this is the first time i met this problem. I just want to get my point back! been over 3000 games ive played, but this is the first time happened on me. Solve it and give me my IP please.
