Just report two bugs which I really cannot bear

Hello Riot game and TX: I cannot imagine how could a game which full of bugs live this long. I really like this game, and thats Y I come here and try to report bugs. Just say sorry that I just quit a game. When bugs happen, it doesn't mean how funny those are. Because THEY ARE NOT. You know the new Draft system dosen't change skin automatically right? EVERYTIME YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE SKIN BY YOURSELF, WHEN YOU BUY A SKIN AND HAVE ALREADY USED THE SKIN IN NEW DRAFT GAME. If you want to let draft mode help you change skin by itself? sorry, and open Normal Blind pick mode, then pick the cham, then pick the skin of the cham, then start a game, then try your best to end the game whether you lose or win.... HEHE ok, then the next bug always happen and fk up games. Have you ever seen the bullet touched an enemy, but the anemy didnt lose any HP, yeah, just because you typed move at that moment. The Q' is Y the computer animation is not same as coding. Are they relly synchronous? Dose it make sense? It happens 2 or 3 times each game when you play range ad. Please answer me, but if you are going to say that "We dont think these are bugs", please leave it here. Thanks
