Talon e does not apply a basic after blink(should and used to do it)

Ok so... i started playing Talon and i realized that his E does not apply a basic attack after the blink. His e used to apply that basic after the blink, it just makes it so he can q then e and instantly apply that q damage. This ability is like Katarina's E, same effect, but her's applies that basic, Talon's used to apply that basic atack, its wierd having to e and then q. Don't know if its intended but i've looked at all the recent patches and i didn't see any changes besides 1 bug in 4.18 the nerf in 4.17 and other recent changes in 4.19 and 4.20 but they are just texture changes.

It's always been that way, dude. The reason it seemed like the auto was automatic before was because the skill landed you a lot closer before they changed it. If you do something that would keep you from autoing, like moving away or casting an ability, or they manage to make their way out of your aa range, you won't hit. Same as Kat or any other champ with a dash - just care to keep your basic attack command on them and you're set.
