Mute Button missing

Recently I've had a lot of problems with game toxicity & I'm trying to make positive changes to not get myself banned for replying to troll/argument makers (failed that right now u_u). However I've noticed that in the 2 following patches, some of the buttons are missing. First, all the mute buttons when holding TAB don't show up & can't be highlighted to click. Then there's 2 other buttons next to the minimap for the options & camera lock-in that thankfully can be highlighted & clicked.

PLEASE fix this, I don't want to be put into a rotten emotion every time I play in-game & try to ignore whoever is causing discord. Thank you Riot, I appreciate your hard work through all this, but until the moderation can change to favor those wrongfully bullied, I can't stress myself to play without being able to mute in peace. Some people just can't deal with aggressor pressure without putting theirselves in trouble. :/ In this generation, defending yourself = bad activity apparently, so I want to do the next best thing and simply ignore with the help of muting. Thank you!
