Client Sound Issue

Recently out of nowhere, I seemed to have encountered a bug with the League Client. Starting from the login screen, it no longer plays any sound whatsoever until a game starts.

No menu sounds. No login music, no champ pick quotes. I have the settings on for sound, they aren't muted, but for some reason the client seems to have muted itself indefinitely.
