No chest and no S- in match history

Showed S- in post game and gave me no rank in match history. This has happened to me many times when I have a good game. I haven't played in quite a while and have zero chests to my name, so this is getting old after about a dozen times. (dozen chests) I'd like my reward pls.

S the next game on Fid. No grade match history. What gives?! 2 chests in a row and nothing. I have a key, not that it matters, since I've spent hundreds over the seven years I've payed for skins, but what is my incentive to play anymore with 120+ champs and skins with no rewards?!!! https://ibb.co/cNuX8e
