Character swap delay ARAM

I attempted to swap Gragus for Garen in champ select of aram and it stopped the swap as if it was canceled because the champions did not switch, but when time ran out and all champions were locked in my champion suddenly switched to Garen and I ended up being forced to play with the wrong runes and masteries. It must have had at least 20 seconds to make the swap and only made it the instant time ran out. I am not aware if the same happened with the other player I swapped with as he made no comment on it. Besides the bug I still one that game. Best AP Garen NA!
