Ranked Promos
So i got into my promos to plat, and i won the first game lost the next three, than i got back into them but wasnt given a free win, is this because i am going from gold to plat?

Pretty sure free win only works when going up a level in that rank, not when moving to a higher class. Could be wrong though and it might just take a few losses in that series.
