Invisible Wall in base when Spawned

Hi Summoners, Recently I had been experiencing the invisible wall at base bug, where I cannot leave the base. This is frustrating as I am forced to dc, and then my teammates report me and I get low priority queue. Is there a particular fix to this bug.

If possible, I think you should make a video of it. Cause the only wall I can think of is that new one they added for season 5.
