Ziggs Glitch Auto-attack and ability bug. [GAMEPLAY]

Sometimes when i play Ziggs on the PBE, i get this glitch. My auto-attacks are invisible or hard to see. The q is invisible also and looks the same. Ziggs E is blue instead of the red bomb color it should be. The steps to find this glitch and get it to happen:

2. At the beginning of game or a little after it should start happening

I don't know if this is a code gitch or a animation is broken.
