Ziggs Auto-attack and ability glitch [GAMEPLAY]

Sometimes when playing Ziggs (this time on PBE), the auto attacks and his q are invisible or hardly visible. I don't know if its part of the glitch, but also his e doesn't look right either. I haven't Ziggs before or this skin so i don't know, but it still looks weird though. The sparkly parts on the picture are what is supposed to be an image for Ziggs auto attack but it looks weird.

Steps to getting glitch process:

1. Start game with Ziggs: (PBE is where the glitch is, so that is where you should start)
2. Immediately or a little bit into the game, your auto-attacks and q and e should start looking weird
