i bought a skin with orange essence and now the game is acting like i don't own it

Hey Walrus, can you restart the League Client and see if it shows up? If it doesn't, can you try a Custom Game and see if she's available to use? I'm taking a look at the account--and assuming I'm looking at the correct one--you should have Annie in Wonderland available to you.

As Son Golin said, sometimes skins don't show up in your collection after you unlock them in Hextech Crafting. If you relog into League, it should probably show up.
I had the same problem awhile back with blood moon zilean and also with shamrock malphite alothough the malphite skin I bought from your shop when it was around.
