Invisible champs?

So Ezreal and Vayne on the opposing team were invisible for the first ten minutes of my game until i logged out then logged again, whats this all about? Kind of bs considering im now at 0 lp and didnt get a loss prevented even though ive seen afks and disconnects all night from my teams and opponents teams as well
