Need a Duo to Hit Gold by seasons end STAT!

So, as everyone knows season ends in roughly a month or less, and Ive been riding the Silver Train for a few months now jumping between Silver 3-5, and now only recently 3-4. But every time i hit 3, and get about 50 lp, i get teams that just throw the game out the window by not heeding allies suggestions, trying to get baron when only one of the opponents are down, or just making bad decisions and plays even when advice is given. I know im not the best and i still make mistakes, as anyone does, but i still feel the need to do my best and try to achieve my goal for the season. If anyones down to make the journey, let me know. My best champs are and in the top lane, in the jung and in the mid lane. If you have any suggestions for me on my game play, can play with me or 1v1 and give me a few jabs in the right direction, I would also very much appreciate it.
