Ping Bar

Ok something that has been bugging me is that in game and champion skin screen both have a ping bar however you don't have one any where outside of the game and when I start up a game and fine out I have to afk cause internet issues and or other reasons that causes my ping to spike I have to afk and get penalized for it when testing it in a custom game ( changes when I play normals/ranked ) but never stays the same when I play non custom games but only custom for some reason atleast for me shows the correct ping. Any way a ping bar needs to be in client after you log on right by your profile picture or under it
