Ezreal's q bug

Ok so this has been buging me every time I ludens echo on ezreal mid I ahve three abilities that that triggers the echo however only two can be used without champions being near and if my ult is not up I have to waste my e to wave clear. I think you should allow echo to trigger on ez's q becasue I know for sure it can trigger on tf's w and ez's can trigger with his q, back when you ahd the jungle item spirti o of the elder liszard you mix liadrys ice born an bortk and you won games sniff rip good jg items.
