2 Weird Bugs in League of Legends

Hi, in League of Legends, I found 2 bugs. The first bug involves Kalista, and the second bug involves the launcher.

1. Kalista Bug: The bug I found about Kalista is that once in a while, you can hear Kalista's voice globally. I was in top lane and the enemy team had a Kalista in bot lane. I could hear one of her taunts from top lane. I don't know what caused it, but it was weird.

2. Launcher Bug: The launcher is cut off for some reason after patch 4.20. This has happened to several people if you look through the bug reporting section (this section :3). I think that the resolution on the launcher became big somehow, and because the launcher is used to having a certain resolution, it cuts it off at a certain point, not knowing that the resolution is too big.

If anyone can fix these bugs, then it would be appreciated by me and the others having these problems. Thank you.
