Small, but annoying Kench bug.

So ever since patch 6.13 there has been this glitch with Tahm's W, devour. Sometimes when recasting his W to spit minions and monsters out a far range they do not travel, but are placed in front of him like a champion. Its a small bug, but very annoying when I'm trying to harass in lane with the Q + W Combo, or to last hit minions from a range. I'm not sure how to reproduce the bug, as it seems to happen randomly. Often rarely the bug happens multiple times in a row. I don't have screen shots or video but I can get some if you need them Riot as its fairly common.
