champ.Selection client froze up.. coz me lost..

normal it ok.. but not when you get dodge penalty even HURTS when your in ranked games specially in promo/series...... OH on top of that Dodge penalties... PLZ.. dont ban my account.. so i been restarting the client.. sometimes i can reconnect to the game but few minutes late. but mostly i get dodge penalty.. more if ranked.. Thank you riot for unsderstanding..
