Can't alt + tab in game anymore

Since the update i did today if i ever press alt + tab to swap my music since i always does that, if i come back in game its perma freeze the view and the sound keep going so i gotta spam alt tab to get 5 sec of play before it freeze again

is happened to me but I fix it, try this go to sitting in-game and then vidoe > after that change the "full screen" to a "boarder"
