Client Crash

For some reason, for approximatly the past month almost everytime i finish a game, there is an error message showing up about a client crash ( closing the client at the same time). It,s not that big of a deal when i finish the game since its just the stats that i cant see but it is more annoying when it crash in ranked champ select making me loose lp, promo game and also putting me in the leavebuster queue. Its getting annoying and desinstalling and reinstalling the game did'nt fixed anything.
