Invisible barrier

The game started. we loaded in. i joined the game a bit later than anyone because of my connection. and there was an invisible barrier at the fountain. as if the shields never went away. i couldnt get out of the fountain area. i tried flashing and it just walked me back into the circle. please fix. i re-loaded and it still did the samething.
