Client Crashed

I dont know if this is just me but here goes the series of events, i was watching one of the videos on the homesscreen while in queue, i get a match, i accept, and the video sound keeps playing which didnt bother me. What did bother me, was that as soon as the video ended, the client crashed, and i lost one of my promo games. Can anyone look into this it was very frustrating and unfair
