[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne trail: All skins except eternum

Pretty much the ghosty trail nocturne has following him just randomly disappears.

Frequency: It happens all the time, just casually play nocturne or any of his skins and it'll eventually disappear and just be nocturne's base model with no particle effects. Eternum doesn't seem to have this issue but that's something different.

Actually don't bother fixing it, just give him yorick's cape tech already.
