Attempting to reconnect,but fully connected in discord/ and everything else.

Constantly the last 2 days and its only been spotty since invasion came out. i randomly attempt to reconnect or lag, and its only for 2 seconds perfect fps and ping. i could understand if my ping spiked, but it doesn't. i can click around, but i cant move for 2 seconds. help

i attempt to reconnect but my friends can still hear me in discord.
