Sent to home screen immediately after entering champion select (ranked solo)

So I'm going duo queue with a buddy, and we enter champion select. I happen to be first pick on blue team. After seeing some of the champion select screen, the icons still loading and all that, I am sent back to the duo queue invite screen.

I have no idea what is still causing this bug but I had to ask my buddy to dodge since I had to dodge a troll game earlier.

Riot, this bug is unacceptable and forces dodges. You need to fix this.
