[GAMEPLAY] Xin Q Knockup Broken

Using Xin Zhao Q will not consistently knockup enemies. It seems to be a be a random event if it works or not. I have had it work on a champ/creep/jung monster and not work on the same in the same game.

If it fails the knockup it does seem to stun for a short duration. So I do not know if this is a visual bug or not. Some have reported that Yasuo ult will still proc off of Xin Q even if it does not visually show a knockup. (I have not tested this).

To reproduce just play a game as Xin and clear the jungle one time. The best I have been able to get is a 50% success knockup rate on his Q.
