Club is still broken

My club has been broken for awhile. My friends were trying to make me owner of my current club I'm in, but I can't because it says I'm an owner of another club. I can't access that club. I just want to use the other club but its gone and cant find it. Is there anyway i can get ownership of my old club i created?
