help me please!

I looked this issue up, and its been awhile since the last board. anyway yesterday i queued up for a ranked game like normal. as we finished our bans the game was about to start. Instead of the game starting i got an application error. the error reads "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). click OK to close the application. Ive downloaded CCleaner and ive ran AVG just in case i have some kind of virus. I uninstalled league and reinstalled it 3 times now. ive deleted every single file riot has on my pc. Ive even ran the repair tool about 4 or 5 times. I started to test each time by spectating a game and after it working i thought that it would be fine to play an new ranked game. So today i try to play another ranked and it gives me the same error AGAIN! i quickly ran repair and ran as administrator. I actually got in the game, only problem is my mouse didint work at all! i couldn't click anything. my keyboard was working fine i could type, go to shop,flash, and emote, but my mouse was not letting me move at all. I then decided to unplug the mouse usb and plug it back it but again it didint work. I really dont want to stop playing but im afraid ive tried almost everything everyone has told me and its yet to work. I am desperate here so someone please help out!
