In-Game Bug With Jarvan Auto Attacks

The damage is there but the action is not. I have to admit that it threw me off that whole game. It was like jarvan stared down everything to death. His abilities were visible but there was absolutely no auto attacking action. Everyone on my team could not see jarvan auto attacking either. leaving and joining again did not work either.
