More issues

Alright guys. So last night, League very randomly decided to get blocked by my firewall. And even once I disabled my firewall it was still blocked. But ok. I eventually fixed that issue by running the game in admin mode and completely disabling my anti-virus. So I finally got into the game after repeatedly being crashed by an imaginary firewall. I start playing, and then I notice that everything is really laggy. So great. My ping is a bit higher, and my FPS have dropped from 60 down to 30 and down to 15 when actually doing something.
Ok, so then I lowered all my settings in game down from medium to very low. That actually made my FPS worse.

Soooooo... I decided that something must be wrong with some of the League files on my computer. So I uninstalled league. And now I'm trying to reinstall, and it stops downloading. It literally just stops, so I'm forced to close the launcher and then start downloading again.

TL;DR - Am I the only one experiencing issues like this? And when is riot going to fix any of it?
