[Client] I can't play the game because of some bugs

So before I get into anything, I'll let you know why I'm bringing this here: Things you should know:

  • I play on a Macbook pro
  • I have 100% packet loss according to Riot's ping test to google.com, yet everything works normally (I can watch YouTube, Netflix, play other games)
  • I have tried reinstalling League, using the debug tool, reinstalling my OS, using a wired connection as well and nothing works.
  • If I try and sign in to the riot support page it will say "You have been signed out" So I can't talk to a support member.
  • Yes, my account is verified.
  • I play on the university's wifi, so there is a sole provider and I cannot change ISPs

Not so long ago I started having trouble logging in, first it would be stuck on "Authenticating," I would then have to restart/shut down my computer. Then I would be able to log in, but no buttons would work, missions wouldn't load, only SOME friends were online even though I knew others were, and then I'll get the "Attempting to reach the server [...] Exit instead," popup. I could bear with restarting my computer a couple dozen times in order to play, but I can't stand it anymore. Please help me
