[Site] I can't log into the support site

Everytime I try and log into the LoL support site (I would very much like to because I can't play LoL at the moment due to many bugs, on the client side), it says "You have been signed out." As you can see I can log into here, but not the support site. Additionally, I've already verified the account multiple times. Under Privacy of Riot's Account Management tab, it says "Unable to update email preferences. Please contact Riot Support." But I can't do that... Please help.
