Janna Q casting differently, now very frustrating to use when attempting to cast out of max range

Before the latest patch, attempting to cast Janna's Q outside its max range would just start up the tornado like normal. Now, however, when attempting to cast Q with your cursor outside the ability's max range, Janna will attempt to move within range of your cursor before casting the spell.

As a player who usually casts skillshots with my cursor way beyond max range (it's just how I roll, I guess. Don't ask why) it's extremely frustrating when something is changed like this, intentional or not. I'm guessing this is an unwanted side effect of the patch rather than an intentional change to the way Janna casts Q, as the general rule in LoL is that casting skillshots should never try to move your character before casting, kinda like how Morde's E was changed to an attached cone.

I'm a Janna main so having something change like this is understandably frustrating.

How to reproduce:

• Simply attempt to cast Janna's Q outside the ability's max range. It happens every single time. Easy bug to reproduce.
