[GAMEPLAY] Syndra W +TP

Was playing a normal game in patch 5.22 on the regular league of legends client at summoners rift 5v5, when i attempted to teleport to a caster minion in mid lane. When I tp'd onto the caster minion, the second the cast animation started syndra w'd that same minion, and my tp got cancelled. How to recreate this:

1. Enter a game of summoners rift
2. Have 1 champion run tp, the other playing syndra
3. Have any scenario while syndra has w
4. Have the champion tp onto a minion and syndra w it. (Might have to be timed at the same time, unsure) I'm also unsure as to if this is a bug, but that'd be pretty OP if syndra was allowed to cancel champions teleport animations with just an ability!
