Champ Select Screen Won't Load

We were in Champ Select for blind pick. The timer reached zero but the game wouldnt load, stuck on "Prepare Yourselves." We could still type in chat and when someone dodged, nothing would happen. When i dodged, the client would ask to reconnect, but there isnt a game to connect.

Could this be a ghost game?
