Buying rp with a gift card doesnt work??

So I wanted to buy rp for my friend's birthday, I was planning on using my subway gift card, but when I select gift card - $10, it says "Fatal error, Unable to process payment for this merchant. Return to merchant" I really dont know what to do about this.[zombie-nunu-tears] RITO help me plz!!!

You can’t use subway gift cards anymore, they removed it
