First off I haven't earned any chests this week so I know that is not the issue.
on 9/24 I played several games. 2 of witch resulted in an S- or higher on champions I have not earned them on. Specifically Sivir and Irellia. I do not know if this has happened to anyone else this patch or if it just glitched for me.
just as a systematical question. does it tell you that you are unaible to earn loot due to a punishment? also do you own the champions?
did u collect a chest previous to this? I hav enoticed my first win of the day notification is bugged so that after i collect a first win it still shows that it is available. after winning a second time the notification disappears but i do not earn additional ip. I think their displays are just lagging or displaying improperly. How sure are you that you deserve a chest? Have you waited the proper amount of time?
