Not able to remake

Not sure if a bug or needs a rework on how they determine if the game should be allowed to be remade.

Basically played a game, everyone connected immediately. However 5 seconds into the game the support DC. Announcer says they quit. However at the 5 minute mark I type: /remake. The game says unable to remake the game as everyone connected. The support hasn't left fountain or bought any items. The system should be able to determine that hey are not connected to the game and allow a remake. Or the system doesn't care if they DC or whatever once they connected in which case the system is flawed.

If everyone is connected when the game starts, you can't remake. Has always been like that.

I don't know if they changed this since I last had a remake game, but I remember remake being available between the 3 and 4 min marks and not at the 5.
