[GAMEPLAY] Lissandra still targetable during ult

I casted my ult directly after activating hour glass. I was still targetable by enemies. I appears I may have died from a critical rocket shot from jinx. The rocket fired before I casted ult but hit after the ult was activated. I am not sure if this was how statis is supposed to function but seems like a bug.
