Losing LP while in promo. No promo UI but some messaging that I was in promo

I won a game and I got exactly 100 LP. During the end of the match, the client did not tell me I advanced to the promo series and the grade didnt show for the match either (just a revolving circle). I exited the client and right as the window was closing the "You made it to promos" appears and then closed as the app closed. My next two games I lost and I did not see the typical promos checkmarks for my progress and I was losing LP every match during my promo. The second match I did get the you failed the promos message. But losing my LP every loss during the promo hurts (now at 52). It would be great for someone to fix my LP total to the correct amount but that may be wishful thinking.
