Kled Bug

Issue where Kled's courage does not regenerate unless you return to fountain. I've experienced this mostly when I dismount after recently having mounted (get knocked off Skarl twice in rapid succession). I'll hit towers, champs, and last hit minions and will not generate courage until I remount by heading back to fountain. Incredibly frustrating and debilitating. Please investigate!
