Minor, but easy2fix visual Muramana bug

Noticed this for more than a year of playing AD Ezreal, and I still wonder how noone noticed this. Either way. It's REALLY minor, but after how I imagine the code works, it should be splatting-work of 2 minutes.

Recreating the bug: 1: Buy Manamune 2: Upgrade to Muramana 3: Activate the active component 4: Die

Upon respawn, the indicators that the item is activated will no longer appear, despite the effect still occuring normally. Can be fixed by de- and reactivating the item, but since you also fixed the visual bug with Shen's passive, this should count too.
