I think you crippled this champ unintentionally with the nerf of storm razor. I'm just trying to make riot games aware. I have to 3 item to evolve Q now with the standard AD build. or wait even longer to build attack speed. that 5 damage hit this champ hard.

i've been practicing with this old build since I saw the nerf on surrenderat20, knew this wouldn't be viable anymore
