Teemo Shrooms

While i was playing ARAM today, for some reason the enemy Teemo's shrooms were 100% invisible. By invisible i mean that when you ran over a Mushroom, there was no explosion animation or sound you were just super suddenly slowed and then your health would chunk.

I am aware Teemo shrooms are invisible a few seconds after he places them or unless you have true vision. This bug was causing no visual or audible detonation or indication that we had run into them, just walking around minding your own business and then suddenly you're slowed and you're health chunking. This was the classic teemo skin.
