Client Not Accepting Inputs

Client is not accepting inputs, meaning when I go to click on something, it doesn't do anything. Also doesn't seem to register when I scroll over something with the mouse. However the client is working, as you can clearly see it still loads missions and I am able to receive game invites (although I can't accept the invites). Also cannot click the X in the top right to close the client, had to manually click out of it, however when prompted for if I was sure I wanted to exit, that menu worked just fine. http://prntscr.com/lsz4ln
